The dividers come in semi automatic or electronic versions.

  • The round 470 mm chamber spreads the dough and assures even size and
  • accurate weight of each piece.
  • The machine is equipped with a hinged, double lock lid made of aluminum.
  • The chamber and base plate are made of Ni-resist cast iron
  • Three mm stainless steel beveled cutting blades.
  • Dough chamber capacity 18 kg (round) or 20 kg for square.
  • Movable on 4 wheels, 2 lockable.
